Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Afiyah Organic!. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here’s our refund policy to guide you through the process:

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@afiyahorganic.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.
  • Time Limit for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 60 days of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Conditions for Refunds: If you have used the product as recommended for 30 days and have not experienced any benefits, such as stable glucose levels or increased energy, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at support@afiyahorganic.co with your reasons for return.
  • Restocking Fee: If you incorrectly ordered more units than intended, a $10 restocking fee per unit will apply upon refund request.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered.
